我厂是一家从事散热器生产的专业厂家，近年来我厂自主研发出一种铲片式新型散热器，引进意大利先进的设备制作。

该产品的优点是翅片密度高，散热效果好，能在目前铝型材散热器基础上节约20%左右的购买成本，该散热器翅片形状有弧形片，直形片，翅片与翅片之间有分隔型和一体型几种形式。用户可在目前使用的铝型材散热器基础上缩小体积，节约主机安装空间，减轻主机重量。该形式的散热器已完全替代目前市场上常规使用的铝型材散热器和插片型散热器。

其优点对比如下：

一.铲片型散热器散热面积与铝型材散热器散热面积对比:

1.铲片型散热器翅片密度由1mm～6mm之间，用户可随时根据设计调整翅片密度，增加散热面积，提高散热效果，而铝型材散热器模具定型后是不能重新调整的，更不能加工高密度的翅片生产散热器。

2.翅片形状可以选择，有弧形片和直形片，以及分隔型和一体型。

3.最大优点是节约原材料，降低材料成本，为客户赢得更好的市场竞争力。因为铲片型散热器翅片厚度由0.5mm～2mm之间可调整，而铝型材散热器翅片厚度一般要在2.5mm以上才可以加工。

二.铲片型散热器与插片型散热器对比:

1.热传导性能好，因为铲片型散热器的翅片与安装底板是一体的，而插片型散热器的翅片与安装底板是分开的，两者之间必然会产生一定的间隙，影响热传导效果，使用厂家为了达到主机的性能，通常是加大散热器的体积，增加生产成本。

2.铲片型散热器的翅片强度比插片型散热器的翅片强度高，因为插片型散热器的翅片是经过铆接形成的，在质量上存在很大的隐患。

目前铲片型散热器已广泛用于制冷设备、焊接设备以及大功率元器件散热设备中。现已有多家用户经我厂推荐，在技术上共同探讨，已行成大批量使用。同时我厂可根据用户的要求设计开发。
